Sunway University Press showcased its latest publications at the Forum – Modern Slavery: A Global Perspective, organised by Sunway Business School at Sunway University.
Held at the Recital Hall, Sunway University, the forum brought together distinguished members of the judiciary and legal fraternity to discuss the complex and pressing issue of modern slavery from a global perspective.
The event featured a keynote address by Yang Amat Berbahagia Tun Dato’ Seri Arifin bin Zakaria, with Yang Amat Berbahagia Tun Tengku Maimun Tuan Mat also among the distinguished guests. Sunway University Press was pleased to showcase its publications to an engaged audience of legal professionals, academics and members of the wider community.
The event provided an important platform for dialogue on a critical global issue and highlighted the role of knowledge and scholarly publishing in supporting informed public conversations.
