SHTM Students Shine at MONIN Cup 2026

The School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, Sunway University, was proud to serve as the venue sponsor for the MONIN Cup 2026 – Student Category, welcoming contestants from universities across Malaysia for the competition.

Representing Sunway University in the Cocktail and Mocktail categories were: Saw Kai Wei, Wong Min Hui (Alex), Tristan Loong, and Ken Ng Xian Ming. We are proud to celebrate our students’ outstanding achievements: 

• Saw Kai Wei – Champion (Cocktail Category) 
• Ken Ng Xian Ming – 1st Runner Up (Mocktail Category) 
• Alex Wong Min Hui – 2nd Runner Up (Cocktail Category)

A special thank you to our lecturer coaches — Ms Shireen Tan, Dr Riley Pham, Ms Lee Han Qi, Mr Devendren Sathasivam, and Mr Javier Ferreri — for their guidance and support throughout the students’ competition journey.
