Showcasing Pastry Innovation with VALRHONA: Travel Cakes & Chocolate Drinks Workshop
The School of Hospitality and Tourism Management recently hosted the VALRHONA Travel Cakes & Chocolate Drinks Workshop, conducted by Chef Arief Rusli. The session was organised by L’École Valrhona and Classic Fine Foods Malaysia, and held in the Pastry Innovation Lab at Sunway University.
This industry-focused workshop brought together professionals for live demonstrations featuring recipes such as Guanaja Dark 70% Marble Cake, Pistachio Raspberry Cake (Inspiration Raspberry), Caraïbe Dark 66% Speculoos, and Azélia Milk 35% Dawn — highlighting the versatility and craftsmanship of Valrhona chocolate in pastry applications and beverages.
