SCAI Students Receive Merit Award at the Malaysian Inventor and Innovator Convention 2025
Congratulations to our School of Computing and Artificial Intelligence (SCAI) students on their achievement of the Merit Award at the 2025 Malaysian Inventor and Innovator Convention (MYIIC).
The convention was organised by the Malaysian Invention and Design Society (MINDS) and officiated by the Secretary General of MyDigital, YBhg. Tuan Fabian Bigar. The team was recognised for their innovative entry titled “AI-Driven Intelligent Recommendation & AI+VR Shopping Experience for MUJI Mobile Application,” which integrates concepts from the F&B and retail industries and leverages SAS analytics to enhance customer experience through A/B perception studies.
The award-winning team comprises the following Year 3 Bachelor of Information Systems (Honours) (Data Analytics) students:
