Ramadan Bubur Lambuk Distribution
In conjunction with the blessed month of Ramadan, the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management continued its Bubur Lambuk distribution initiative, building on this meaningful programme carried out last year.
Led by Chef Muhammad Haziq with the support of seven culinary student helpers, the team prepared 450 cups of Bubur Lambuk using 15kg of rice generously sponsored by Jasmine Food Corporation. The warm servings were distributed to students and staff around the Sunway University campus, reflecting the spirit of Ramadan, a time of generosity, compassion, and community sharing.
We were also pleased to have Professor Dr Daniel Chong Ka Leong, Dean of the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, joining us in supporting the initiative and sharing in the spirit of giving.
