Congratulations to the researchers on the successful filing of a Malaysia Patent Application for the invention entitled “Multi-Node Cloud-based Dosimetry System for Real-time and Analytical Measurements.”

This innovative invention represents a significant advancement in the medical therapeutic and diagnostic industries. By leveraging cloud-based technologies, the system enables:

  • Real-time monitoring of radiation-based medical devices,
  • Advanced data analytics for accurate and reliable dosimetry measurements, and
  • Enhanced patient safety in radiation medicine.

This achievement is the outcome of the MOSTI Technology Development Fund 2 (TED2) project titled “Cloud-based Intelligent Measurement, Monitoring and Analytics System in Support of Radiation Medicine.” The successful patent filing underscores the strong research capabilities and translational impact of the project.
