Sunway University Researcher ChM. Dr. Nurul Atiqah Izzati Md Ishak has been Selected for APEC Scientist Exchange Initiative in Korea 2025
Sunway University proudly announces that ChM. Dr. Nurul Atiqah Izzati Md Ishak has been selected for the Scientist Invitation Program to Korea 2025 under the APEC Scientist Exchange Initiative, coordinated by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI) as Malaysia’s focal point for the APEC Policy Partnership on Science, Technology and Innovation (APEC PPSTI). The program, held from 1 July to 26 September 2025, offers a 90-day international research and training attachment in the Republic of Korea.
This fellowship aims to promote scientific collaboration and knowledge exchange among APEC economies. Dr. Izzati’s selection reflects her research excellence and supports Sunway University's mission to foster global engagement and innovation.
Her experience is expected to benefit students and strengthen research strategies at Sunway University through practical insights, international networking, and policy-relevant knowledge.
