Sunway University and Teach For Malaysia Partner to Advance Educational Equity and Leadership Development

On 9 June 2025, Sunway University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Teach For Malaysia (TFM) Foundation, marking a significant milestone for the School of Education. The MoU was signed by Professor Sibrandes Poppema, President of Sunway University, and Mr. Chan Soon Seng, Chief Executive Officer of Teach For Malaysia.

This partnership establishes a strategic framework focused on co-developing leadership programmes, strengthening professional development, enabling collaborative research, and implementing community-based educational initiatives centred on a shared commitment to educational equity and excellence.
