SAFE Leadership Programme Chapter 1: Voyage Briefing

Sunway Actuarial & Financial Excellence (SAFE) was honoured to welcome 45 aspiring leaders from the 2025/2026 term as they embarked on their journey through the SAFE Leadership Programme (SLP). Through energising icebreakers and team formations, our leaders began building connections and discovering their strengths.

Each leader stepped into their chosen department with curiosity and commitment, gaining clarity on their responsibilities and how they would contribute to their team’s success. It was a moment of alignment — where purpose met preparation, and the journey ahead began to take shape.
