Leading with Integrity: Building Team Spirit and Responsibility

Empowering Future Leaders! 

The School of Education is delighted to share that Dr Conie Toh, one of our lecturers, was invited to conduct a special Leadership Training session titled “Leading with Integrity: Building Team Spirit and Responsibility” for prefects and student librarians.

Held on 7 November 2025, this 2-hour interactive session was packed with hands-on activities, real-world role-play, and meaningful reflections designed to inspire student leaders to lead with empathy, integrity, and accountability.

From ice-breaking with the Human Knot, tackling teamwork in the Tower Challenge, to writing their own Leadership Pledge, the students explored what it truly means to be a leader worth following.

• Managing duties with fairness
• Reflecting on one’s leadership style
