Faber-Castell Malaysia's Score A Creative Learning
Sunway Business School is pleased to announce that Dr Nampuna Dolok Gultom, Coordinator (Competition), had the honour of serving as one of the judges for Faber-Castell Malaysia’s “Score A Creative Learning”, 4th Student Olympiad National Finals 2025, held on 9 October 2025.
Thirty talented finalists from across Malaysia showcased their creativity and problem-solving skills in three categories: Upper Primary (10–12 years old), Lower Secondary (13–15 years old), and Upper Secondary (16–17 years old).
The competition began with a series of critical thinking challenges where participants explored solutions for reducing waste, extending product lifespans, and learning from nature’s closed-loop systems to move beyond the traditional “take-make-dispose” model. These ideas were then brought to life through vibrant creative notes, which the students presented with confidence and passion before a distinguished panel of judges:
- Dr Aini Neesa' Salim (Ministry of Education Malaysia)
- Mr Andrew Woon (President, Faber-Castell Malaysia)
- Mr Louis Cheng (XueDao Education)
- Dr Nampuna Dolok Gultom (Sunway Business School)
The event was a wonderful reminder that learning can be both creative and purposeful, inspiring young minds to think critically and act sustainably for a better future.
