The School of Hospitality and Tourism Management were honoured to be part of Food & Drinks Malaysia 2025, one of the country’s largest F&B exhibitions, hosted at MITEC – Malaysia’s largest exhibition hall. With a turnout of 12,283 visitors and over 320 local and international exhibitors, the event was nothing short of spectacular.
The School of Hospitality and Tourism Management was proud to serve as the exclusive Coffee & Chocolate Gourmet Bar partner, and what an incredible showcase it was! Over three days, our lecturers and students brewed more than 10 gallons of NITRO coffee and crafted delights with over 30kg of gourmet chocolate – all with creativity, flair, and professionalism.
Hats off to our committed F&B faculty (Ms Karen Lui, Dr Siti Atikah, Dr Riley Pham, Ms Shireen Tan, Mr Devendren Sathasivam) and talented chef lecturers (Prof. Patrick Siau, Chef Soon Pau Voon, Chef Chong Wei Tzeh, and Chef Alicia Tay) and of course, our dedicated students for their energy and excellence throughout the event.
