Congratulations to Natasha Roslan, who made history by becoming the first Malaysian woman to win the IBF World Cup title!
In an impressive performance at the Kai Tak Sports Park in Hong Kong, Natasha defeated Germany’s Birgit Noreiks with scores of 217-166 and 226-169 in the women’s singles final on January 10. This victory marks her third world-level title, adding to her 2023 World Bowling Championship gold medal in Kuwait and the world team title in Las Vegas in 2017.
Natasha's journey is a testament to her can-do spirit, hard work, and undeniable talent. Her achievements have been celebrated by Malaysians everywhere, including praise from Prime Minister Dato’ Sri Anwar Ibrahim and Youth and Sports Minister Hannah Yeoh.
In December 2024, Natasha was honored with the Darjah Kebesaran Ahli Kegemilangan Sukan Selangor (A.K.S) in conjunction with Selangor’s Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah’s 79th birthday celebration.
