Artificial Intelligence Marketing Forum
Sunway Business School hosted an insightful Marketing Forum on 23 October 2025, organised by the Department of Marketing Strategy and Innovation, exploring how artificial intelligence is transforming marketing, consumer experiences, and the ethics of the digital age.
We were privileged to hear from an inspiring panel of experts who shared valuable insights bridging academic thought and industry practice:

The forum shed light on how AI-driven innovations are transforming brand communication, personalisation, and consumer interaction, while challenging us to consider how real is too real in the age of synthetic media and virtual influencers.
