I’m in Love with Mother Earth: A sharing session on mindfulness and sustainability in our daily lives
“To understand is to love.” — Thich Nhat Hanh
We cannot truly love someone if we do not deeply understand them. Often, we see through the lens of our own perceptions. Similarly, while we know we rely on Mother Earth for our existence, we may forget that she is not outside of us — Mother Earth is in us.
Join Bro. Trời Kỳ Ngộ, a mindfulness teacher from Thailand’s Plum Village, in this special talk as he guides us to rediscover our connection with Mother Earth through mindfulness, daily practices of care, and gentle healing.
A monk of 15 years and a gifted cellist, Thay Ky Ngo and the Plum Village Sangha have inspired many across Asia with their message of peace and love.
